Steve Dooley has everything an employer could ask for: exemplary team-building skills,
a strong technical background, and a learner's mindset. I recently had the great fortune of working on a team with Steve for 2 months. In that time, I witnessed not just his technical skills, which were outstanding, but, more importantly, his leadership.
Steve took on a great deal of client communication tasks, making sure that we understood what the client wanted, and also making certain the client knew what the client wanted. He kept our team organized and on the same page, establishing repositories for our documents, creating graphics and templates, and building presentations.
While doing all of these managerial tasks, he still took on more than his share of the project when we had a team reconfiguration. To top it off, he did all of the work with the most positive, generous spirit.
Anyone who works with Steve will surely come away feeling like they won the lottery working with someone like him. I certainly did. (

Steve and I worked on a consulting project together to develop a Salesforce org with 60+ requirements that we delivered to our client. Steve lead our team to deliver an org chalked full of automations that, as stated by our client, went above and beyond the requirements given.
Steve is a natural leader with a gift for organization. Steve kept our team on track by creating meeting agendas, PowerPoints, coordinating Zoom meetings, and played a huge role in helping to develop our extensive solution documentation.
His technical abilities match his soft skills with his
implementation and integration of external apps, additions to our org's schema, and creating report and dashboard features that allow companies to view their data in brand new ways.
